We want to make sure we get you the items that you ordered! Our products are made to order in the United States. If you need to return an item as a result of an error that we made, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product and we are happy to help.
Items that have been customized are non-refundable/ non-returnable unless there is an error.
We do not provide refunds due to shipping delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States through USPS and UPS. The carrier selected along with tracking number will be shown on your automatic shipping notification when your item(s) ship.
We are a small business and are wokring on making your order right here in the United States. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.
We offer a flat rate of $10 for ground shipping. Upgraded shipping options are available as well.
